Rooftop Mini-Manna Festival FAQ

At our Manna on the Roof events you can expect all the makings of a Planet Manna festival, condensed into one fantastic afternoon.  There will be yoga, fitness and adventure sport classes, followed by a BBQ, pop-up stalls selling great merchandise and of course, a music!

When did the Summer 2016 Mini Manna Festivals take place?
The first events took place on Tuesday 22nd June and Sunday 10th July.  On August 14th we held a special charity event.

What are the timings?
Each event has it’s own start time, so check your ticketing details, and please arrive 15 minutes early.  For most events, you will be able to choose your activities on the day when you check in.  A number of yoga and fitness sessions may run consecutively.

There will be a 10 minute break in between each session so you can refresh and refuel.  Yoga and fitness classes will be suitable for all levels with adjustments given to suit a range of abilities.  Outdoor sessions, such as runs, boot camp and parkour, will be guided, allowing for abilities ranging from beginner to advanced.

Manna on the Roof usually ends at around 9 or 10pm.

Should I bring my own yoga mat?
Ideally you should bring your own yoga mat, although we will also provide yoga mats for those unable to do so.  We will also have a number of yoga straps and blocks available for those who wish to use them.

What should I expect?

  • Yoga – one of our great yoga teachers will take you through an invigorating and a soothing vinyasa yoga class on a roof top overlooking London.
  • Fitness – Sweat it out in a range of fitness sessions.
  • Adventure Run/Parkour/Boot Camp – These will take place in a park or other outdoor location close to the venue.

Tell me more about the food and entertainment!

From around 6:30pm, we will fire up a delicious BBQ accompanied by a range of salads.

The BBQ and buffet will provide healthy barbecued vegetarian, fish and meat options, along with scrumptious salads. Drinks will be available and will include non-alcoholic as well as alcoholic options.  Relax and unwind with your friends (new and old) whilst listening to chilled out tunes from our performers or live DJ.

I am vegetarian or vegan, am I catered for?
Yes, a lot of the food served is vegetarian and vegan.

How much are tickets?
Tickets vary per session or event, but start from £28 including the BBQ.
